Delivery Rates and Information.
Please make sure to select the correct "Delivery Zone" that matches your address. Failure to do so may result in delays to your items being dispatched.
All items are double packed using top grade packing materials to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition.
All prices are in British Pounds (Sterling).
Dispatch Times: Orders received Monday - Friday are normally dispatched within 24 hours, orders placed at the weekend or during Bank Holidays / Public Holiday are dispatched the next working day. You will be sent an email with details of your order and the day/date your items will be dispatched. Occasionally on multiple quantity and large orders it may be necessary to send orders in more than one package, if this happens you will be advised accordingly.

How long will my order take to arrive? United Kingdom orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class, European and Worldwide orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Air-Mail. Most UK orders will arrive within 1-2 working days. Based on real examples from our past customers these are approximate times for some other destinations.
- Europe: Approximately 3 to 10 working days depending on the exact country, sometimes a bit longer as some countries postal systems are better than others.
- Australia and Japan: Approximately 4 - 10 working days.
- USA and Canada: Approximately 10 - 14 working day. However, this can be longer depending on Customs clearance times.
Definitions. Working days are Monday - Friday, except for any day that is part of a Bank Holiday or Public Holiday, Christmas, Easter, etc.
Import Customs Duty: It is your responsibility to pay any Customs charges (if applicable).
